Providence Baptist Institute is a four year Biblical program to train Mexicans in local church planting and leadership. The students study in the mornings and work in the afternoons to pay for their tuition. They are all active in many different ministries and are a great blessing.

Providence Baptist Apprenticeship Program is designed for Americans who want to come to Mexico to train. Our goal is to take a small number of serious minded and spiritually mature servants and immerse them into a one-on-one work study program.

An intensive one to four year program with the purpose of equipping the servant of God to:

• 1. Develop a deeper understanding and burden for the lost and dying world.
• 2. Speak, read and write Spanish.
• 3. Gain a thorough knowledge of New Testament missions and Bible doctrine.
• 4. Receive experience in local churches, village and city evangelism, children's ministries, building construction, etc.

We believe that a young servant of God immersed into a foreign language and culture will become adept and will master that language and understand that culture. A young person coming into a controlled and disciplined environment can, with a minimum of support, progress rapidly to become a fluent and effective servant of God.
